Did you know that a diet by blood type can make and keep you healthy?

The word: diet used to make me upset. I always associated it with struggling and restriction. Counting calories and starving certainly does not sound like fun to me. And I love to have lots of FUN in my life.

 

 

What I love about the diet by blood type is that it is not about struggling to lose weight. It’s about my health.  For me it says: chose your meal for diet to be healthy and live longer. Losing weight is just a lovely side-effect. : )
